Recently we faced an issue while running OPatchauto on our 19c Grid plus Database home.
There were many blogs which suggested many different solutions, but none worked out.
In this post, we will see how this was resolved and we proceeded with our Patch

Error Description :
Reason: Failed during Analysis: CheckSystemCommandsAvailable Failed, [ Prerequisite Status: FAILED, Prerequisite output: The details are: Missing command :fuser] After fixing the cause of failure Run opatchauto resume ] OPATCHAUTO-68061: The orchestration engine failed. OPATCHAUTO-68061: The orchestration engine failed with return code 1 OPATCHAUTO-68061: Check the log for more details.
OPatchAuto failed.
opatchauto failed with error code 42
Solution :
You need to install an RPM to solve this out.
yum install psmisc
No Rerun the auto patch by firing the below command :
[root@JACK ~]# opatchauto resume
